About
Caring for Our Community
Our Story
Founded in Southend, OUCare operates as a dedicated charity providing crucial support services to the elderly, disabled, and vulnerable. With a network of volunteers and resources, we facilitate patient transport, loan essential medical equipment, and foster community support. Our history is built on the commitment to ensure that no one faces health challenges alone. By working closely with local healthcare providers, we effectively bridge the gap between hospital care and home support, empowering individuals to maintain their independence.
